Omelet Master

My brother Nate can cook omelets like nobody's business. He made Mom and I some killer ones the morning that it snowed. They were filled to overflowing with sautee'd yellow peppers & onions, freshly shredded white cheddar cheese and butter fried ham. Mmmm, mmm, mmm!
